All DXN hardware is picked, packed and dispatched from our facility in Vilnius, Lithuania. Orders are prepared on working days.
The services available to you, and their exact prices, are shown at checkout once your delivery country and address are entered. Nothing is charged before you see it.
Charges are calculated per order from the delivery address and the selected service. Lithuanian courier delivery and EU delivery are quoted separately at checkout.
We deliver orders placed on the website only to addresses in the European Union and the European Economic Area. Supplies to any other country are made only under a separate written quotation after export-control and sanctions screening; please contact us before ordering. For bulk orders and repeat deliveries, contact us for a quotation so we can confirm the best route and cost.
Dispatch and transit estimates are indicative rather than guaranteed dates. Where an order is paid by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, preparation begins once cleared funds are received. If an order will be delayed, we contact you with a revised estimate.
A tracking reference is emailed to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Please make sure your telephone number and email address are correct at checkout, as couriers use them for delivery notifications.
Please check the parcel on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, or the contents do not match the delivery note, tell us promptly and keep the packaging so it can be inspected as part of a carrier claim. Reporting quickly makes a claim straightforward for everyone.
Deliveries within the European Union are shipped without additional customs formalities. For quoted supplies outside the EU, any import duties, taxes or clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise.
Business customers may be asked for an end-use declaration (see clause 11 of the terms of sale). We can supply commercial invoices, packing lists and, where relevant, end-use documentation for business shipments. Add your requirements to the order notes at checkout or contact us in advance.
