Legal guarantee

Consumers who buy goods from Drivebotix MB are protected by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Lithuanian law.

• You have a minimum of two years from the delivery of the goods during which the seller is responsible if the goods do not conform to the contract. This also applies to the modules and components of the product.
• If the goods do not conform, you are entitled to have them brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement. If that is not possible or the seller fails to do so within a reasonable time, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract and be refunded.
• Where a defect appears within the first year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless the seller proves otherwise.
• These rights are in addition to, and do not replace, your right of withdrawal and any commercial warranty.

This is the notice for consumers required for sales of goods in the EU. It does not apply to business customers, whose warranty is set out in clauses 7.4 to 7.6 of the terms of sale.
